I’ll admit that I’m a snob when it comes to drinking beer these days. I prefer my beer in a glass and would rather have a water than a Budweiser or Bud Light (or just about any other comparable beer). The submarket has 64 active listings, up from 55 in the second quarter. If we go back to the 3rd quarter of 2014, North Pinecrest had only 29 active listings. During that same time (3rd quarter 2014 versus 3rd quarter 2016), the average days on market has jumped from 103 to 169 days.
