Say adios to The Voice judge Shakira, who just listed her North Bay Road home for $14.95 million, according to real estate blog Redfin. The home, located up the block from Matt Damon’s home (listed at $20 mil) has a state-of-the-art kitchen, a pool with a hardwood deck, a master bedroom with a nursery, guest quarters and a gym. The listing is by Ben Moss, ex-husband of soon to be Style Network reality star and real estate pro, Katrina Campins. Shakira joins an A-list of celebs including the aforementioned Damon, Billy Joel, Rosie O’Donnell and Jennifer Lopez who have sold or are selling their Miami cribs.

The singer’s summer is looking up (especially if her place sells). A lawsuit by ex-boyfriend Antonio de la Rua seeking tens of millions of dollars from the singer was dismissed. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Abraham Khan’s ruling sided with lawyers for the pop star who argued that the case should be filed in her native Colombia or the Bahamas, where she claims residency.

Mad Men and Sherlock Holmes star Jared Harris had dinner Saturday night at Red Fish Grill with his fiancée, former South Beach-based model/night club lighting director turned TV and radio host Allegra Riggio and a group of friends. The couple was in town scouting locations for their upcoming wedding.
Dennis Rodman and a male pal were seen Thursday at Cascata Grill at Turnberry Isle Miami, where, says our spy, “he made stops at practically every table.”

AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and Italian TV host Simona Ventura were seen Thursday at Zuma having dinner with South Beach nightlife veteran Nicola Siervo of Quattro and WALL fame.
Once again, LIV makes a top 10 list, this time Rolling Stone magazine’s Best Dance Clubs in America. While the Fontainebleau hot spot landed at no. 2; Denver’s Beta came in first. Wynwood’s edgier hipster spot The Electric Pickle came in at no. 8. The list was compiled by 23 top DJs and managers and appears in the new issue, which hit stands Friday.

On Monday we learned Yardbird Southern Table & Bar executive chef/partner Jeff McInnis fled the coop. That departure led to speculation, hints, allegations and rumors that McInnis, currently in San Francisco, addresses in his official statement: “I’ve decided to take advantage of this down time and do some staging in a few restaurants around the country. Currently I’m cooking at a friend’s restaurant, The Hillside Supper Club in the city. . . . I would like to take a moment to say how happy I am with the outcome of where I was able to take Yardbird over the past couple of years. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed bringing the South to South Beach and am proud that I could show the folks of Miami some flavors from my heritage. I can’t tell you how much this restaurant has helped me grow as a chef.”
