You can own Kevin Durant's Miami condo

NBA star and reigning MVP Kevin Durant is making moves despite his season-ending foot injury. Durant has officially put his downtown Miami condo on the market.

Durant is looking for $3.45 million for the sky-high pad.

The nearly 3,800 square-foot condo at 900 Biscayne Boulevard has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, according to a listing posted on the website of One Sotheby’s International Realty.

A corporation associated with Durant — who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder — paid $1.825 million for the bay-view penthouse in 2011, according to county property records.

Kevin Durant’s future is unknown, but this real-estate move shows that he has little intention to make Miami his home in the future. The owner of the listing is Ben Moss, who is also handling the sale of NFL cornerback Asante Samuel’s Miami mansion.
