One Thousand Museum

Renowned architect Zaha Hadid – also known as “Starchitect” – has designed her first skyscraper to grace the skyline of the Western Hemisphere. Set to be completed in 2017, One Thousand Museum is a 62-story, 83-unit, ultra-luxury condominium tower on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, opposite Museum Park, with panoramic views from Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach. The building is designed with concrete exoskeleton structure that will wrap around the perimeter, bracing the tower as its structural support. Its unique structural design allows for a great deal of variation in floor plans because its interior floors are virtually column free.
